You Will Need:
Oil: As Required
Dosa Batter: 1 kg
Onion: 1
Cooked Upma: Semi Liquified (Optional)
Paneer/Egg: (If desired)
Salt & Chilli: To taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare
Pour a ladleful of Dosa batter onto a hot Tawa and spread evenly into a thin Dosa.
Step 2: Cook
Cover and cook for about 1 minute, until partially done.
Step 3: Add & Sprinkle
(Optional) Spread 2 tbsp of cooked, semi-liquid Upma. Sprinkle BOOM DOSA PODI evenly over the dosa.
Step 4: Finish & Serve
Drizzle 1–2 tsp Ghee evenly. Cover and cook for 30 seconds until crisp and fully cooked. Serve hot with potato curry, chutney, or sambar.
