You Will Need:
Oil 200 ml
Water 1.5 liter
Ghee 6-8 tbsp
Chicken 1 kg
Rice 1 kg
Coriander 1/2 bunch
Mint 1/2 bunch
Onions 3-4
Curd 100ml
Tomatos 2-3
Ginger Garlic Paste 2-3 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed 12 pc
Green Chillis 6pc
Lemon 1-2
Salt and Turmeric
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Fry (5 mins)
Heat oil and 3 tbsp Ghee in a biryani pot. Fry sliced Onions until light golden.
Step 2: Cook Masala (40 mins)
Add Ginger-Garlic paste; saute 1-2 min. Add Tomatos; saute for 3 min. Add whole spices and Green Chilli paste; sauté for 5 minutes. Add coriander and mint; saute for 2 min. Add Curd, Salt, BOOM CHICKEN PULAO SECRET MASALA; saute for 5 min. Add Chicken and green chillis; saute for 10 min and until oil separates. At the same time, bring 1.5 litres of water to a boil in a separate vessel.
Step 3: Cook Biryani & Dum (15 mins)
Pour the boiling Water into the Chicken gravy and cook on high flame for 5 minutes and until Chicken is cooked. Add Lemon juice and soaked Rice; cook until Water is absorbed. Spread 4 tbsp Ghee, cover and Dum on low flame for 15 minutes. Rest 20 minutes, mix gently and serve.

- Add Salt as per your taste.
- Chop onions and soak rice 30 mins before cook.
- To quick-cook Mutton, use a pressure cooker with Water, Salt, and Turmeric.
