You Will Need:
Oil: As Required
Dosa Batter: 1 kg
Onion: 1
Cooked Upma: Semi Liquified (Optional)
Paneer/Egg: (If desired)
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Cooking Instructions:
- 
Prepare: Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto a hot tawa and spread it evenly. 
- 
Cook: Cover and cook for 1 minute or until the dosa is partially cooked. 
- 
Sprinkle: Once partially cooked, spread 2 tbsp of cooked and semi-liquefied upma (optional) and sprinkle with Boom Dosa Podi Seasoning Mix. 
- 
Spread: Spread 1-2 tsp of ghee evenly over the dosa. 
- 
Cook: Cover and simmer for 30 seconds or until the dosa is fully cooked (base turns golden and crispy). 
- 
Serve: Enjoy your Masala Dosa with potato curry, chutney, or sambar.
