You Will Need:
Oil
Instant Mix: 1 Cup
Sour Curd: 2 tbsp
Water: 1 Cup
Veggies: Carrots, Coriander Leaves, Beetroot
Salt
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Mix
In a bowl, add 1 cup BOOM RICE IDLY INSTANT MIX. Add 2 tbsp sour Curd, 1 cup water; Mix well until batter is smooth and lump free. Set aside for 15-30 mins.
Step 2: Add
Add Veggies like grated Carrots and Coriander in the batter; Mix well. (Optional)
Step 3: Steam
Pour the Batter into greased Idli moulds and steam in an idli cooker for 15-20 mins. Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney. Enjoy!
Chef’s Note:
- Add Salt as per your taste.
- Add Water as needed.
- For better results, Keep the batter for minimum 1 hour for fermentation.
- You can add vegetables such as grated Onions, Carrot, Beetroot, chopped Coriander, etc.
