You Will Need:
Oil
Instant Mix: 1 Cup
Sour Curd: 2 tbsp
Water: 1.75 -2 Cup
Veggies: Carrots, Coriander Leaves, Beetroot
Salt
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, add 1 Cup BOOM RICE DOSA INSTANT MIX. Add 1.75 -2 Cup water and 2 tbsp Sour Curd. Mix well (or blend in a mixer) until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Adjust water slightly to get a thin, flowing dosa consistency. Rest for 15–30 minutes.
Step 2: Spread the Dosa
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and lightly grease it. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Step 3: Cook & Serve
Drizzle a few drops of Oil around the edges.
Cook on medium flame until golden and crisp. Flip and cook briefly if required.
Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney. Enjoy!
Chef’s Note:
- Add Salt as per your taste.
- Add Water as needed.
- For better results, Keep the batter for minimum 1 hour for fermentation.
- Sprinkle BOOM DOSA PODI on Dosa and Roast till golden brown.
- You can add vegetables such as grated Onions, Carrot, Beetroot, chopped Coriander, etc.
