You Will Need:
Oil
Instant Mix: 1 Measure
Sour Curd: ½ Measure
Water: 1 Measure
Veggies: Carrots, Coriander Leaves, Beetroot
Salt
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Mix
In a bowl, add 1 measure of BOOM RAGI IDLY INSTANT MIX. Add 1 measure of water and ½ tablespoons of sour curd (Dahi); mix well to form a smooth, lump-free batter, then set aside for 30-45 minutes.
Step 2: Add
Add Veggies like grated Carrots and Coriander in the batter; Mix well. (Optional)
Step 3: Steam
Pour the Batter into greased Idli moulds and steam in an Idli cooker for 15-20 mins. Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney. Enjoy!

Chef’s Note:
- Measure referred in the recipe means 1 Cup and Use the same cup for mix and water.
- Salt is already added in the mix. Adjust Salt if only required.
- Adjust water slightly if needed to get thick, pourable batter.
- You can add vegetables such as grated Onions, Carrot, Beetroot, chopped Coriander, etc.
