You Will Need:
Oil: 150 ml
Ghee/Butter: 4-5 tbsp
Chicken: 1 kg
Water: 1 glass
Coriander
Mint
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Onions: 1-2
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 8-10 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 8pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Wash
Wash Chicken with Water, 1 tsp Salt and 1/2 Lemon. Pat dry Chicken.
Step 2: Cook
In a kadai, add Oil, Chicken, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp crushed Ginger & Garlic and 100ml Water; mix well and cook on medium flame for 25-30 mins. Add Green Chillis and 7 tbsp Crushed Ginger & Garlic; mix well cook until Oil seperates and Chicken become golden brown. Strain left over oil.
Step 3. Dum
Sprinkle Lemon Juice and BOOM KADAI CHICKEN TIKKA GARAM MASALA over the Chicken; saute for 1 min on low flame. Garnish with fresh Coriander. Cover & cook Chicken for 2 minutes & serve hot!
