You Will Need:
Mustard Oil: 50 ml
Ghee/Butter: 4-5 tbsp
Chicken: 1 kg
Meat Fat: 50g
Hung Curd: 3-4 tbsp
Coriander: 1 cup
Mint: 1/2 cup
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Onion Paste: 3pc
Besan: 1 tsp
Cashews: 15 pc
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 8pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate
Insert Deep cuts on the Chicken pieces and Wash. Pat dry Chicken. Marinate chicken with 1 tbsp Salt, 1/2 Lemon, Green Chilli paste and 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste for 1 hr.
Step 2. Green Paste
Grind Coriander, Mint, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste and Cashews to paste. Keep it aside.
Step 3. Mix
Take a pot, Whisk GREEN PASTE, Hung Curd, BOOM SECRET MASALA, Chilli, Salt, Besan, Ghee/Butter, Mustard oil and 1/2 Lemon; mix well. Adjust Salt and Chilli. Apply this mixure all over the Chicken. Marinate it for min 2-3 hrs or overnight.
Step 4: Roast
Marinated Chicken by applying melted Ghee/Butter in a microwave @ 375 F for 45 mins or in a Tandoor or saute in Pan on stove till well done.

Chef’s Note:
- Wash Chicken with Salt, Turmeric and Vinegar/Lemon.
- Add Salt and Chilli as per your taste.
