Description
You Will Need:
Oil: to fry
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Chicken: 1 kg
Lemon: 1-2
Hung Curd: 3 tbsp
Coriander:
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Onions: 2pc
Maida: 2.5 tbsp
Besan: 2.5 tbsp
Semolina: 1/2 tbsp
Corn Flour: 2.5 tbsp
Sesame Seeds: 1-2 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 10pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Cooking Instructions:
1. Soak & Prep
Make deep cuts in the chicken pieces.
Soak and wash the chicken in 1 liter of water with 1 tablespoon salt and the juice of 1 lemon for 30 minutes.
Pat dry and set aside.
2. Marinate
In a bowl, combine the chicken with:

Curd (yogurt)

BOOM Chicken Pakora Garam Masala

Salt (to taste)

Red chilli powder (to taste)

Ginger garlic paste
-
Green chilli paste
-
Fresh coriander leaves
-
2 tablespoons oil
-
Juice of 1 lemon
Mix well and marinate for 2–3 hours.
Then add:

Maida (all-purpose flour)
-
Besan (gram flour)
-
Corn flour
-
Semolina (sooji)
-
Sesame seeds
Mix until the chicken is well coated.
3. Deep Fry
Heat oil and a little ghee in a deep pan.
Deep-fry the coated chicken pieces on low flame for 8–10 minutes, or until golden, crispy, and fully cooked.
4. Serve
Serve hot with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges.
