You Will Need:

Red chillis: 2
Curry Leaves: 15
Turmeric
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Add
Take a big bowl; heat oil, add Red Chillis and Curry Leaves; stir fry for 1-2 min. Then add Turmeric powder and Boom BHELicious INSTANT BHEL KIT; Dry roast the Murmura (Puffed Rice) for about 3-4 minutes or until crisp. Turn off the flame.
Step 2: Mix
Add Sev and Boom BHELicious SEASONING MASALA; Mix well.Transfer the BHEL in serving bowl. Garnish with Green Chutney or Sauce and Veggies; Mix well. Enjoy!
Chef’s Note:
Adjust Salt and Chilli as per your taste.
Adjust the dry Bhel chutney as per your personal preferences.
You can even add some roasted Chana dal and fried Corn Flakes for a nice crunch.
