You Will Need:
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Cooked Rice 2 cups
- Carrot
- Potatos 2-3
- Green Peas – 1-2 tsp
- Salt & Chilli
- Whole Spices – Cloves, Bay Leaf (if desired)
- Eggs (If Desired) 1-2
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Stir Fry
Heat oil in a preheated Pan or Wok. Add chopped Potatos & Carrots and stir-fry lightly for 2-3 mins and until golden brown.
Step 2: Add
Add Cooked Rice and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Mix
Add 1 full sachet of BOOM VEGGIE FRIED RICE SPICE MIX and Green Peas; mix well. Adjust Salt and spice to taste. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and serve hot with sliced onions.
