You Will Need:
Oil: As Needed
Sour Curd: 1/2 Measure
Water: 1 Measure
Veggies: Carrots, Coriander Leaves, Beetroot
Salt
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, add 1 measure BOOM RICE DOSA INSTANT FLOUR MIX.
Add ½ measure sour Curd and 1 measure water. Add Salt to taste. Mix well (or blend in a mixer) until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Adjust water slightly to get a thin, flowing Dosa consistency. Rest for 15–30 minutes.
Step 2: Spread the Dosa
Heat a non-stick Pan or Tawa and lightly grease it. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly in a circular motion to form a thin Dosa.
Step 3: Cook & Serve
Drizzle a few drops of Oil around the edges.
Cook on medium flame until golden and crisp. Flip and cook briefly if required.
Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney. Enjoy!
Chef’s Note:
- Add Salt as per your taste.
- Add Water as needed.
- For better results, Keep the batter for minimum 1 hour for fermentation.
- Sprinkle BOOM DOSA PODI on Dosa and Roast till golden brown.
- You can add vegetables such as grated Onions, Carrot, Beetroot, chopped Coriander, etc.
