Oil: As Needed
Sour Curd: 1/2 Measure
Water: 1 Measure
Veggies: Carrots, Coriander Leaves, Beetroot

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1 – Mix:
In a bowl, combine 1 measure of BOOM RICE DOSA FLOUR MIX with ½ measure of sour curd, 1 measure of water, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Let it rest for 15–30 minutes.
Step 2 – Steam:
Spread ½ tsp oil on Hot Tawa and Spread Dosa batter on tawa on medium flame.
Step 3 – Sprinkle:
Sprinkle BOOM MASALA DOSA POWDER/PODI on Dosa and Roast till golden brown.
Step 4 – Serve:
Serve hot with sambar or chutney. Enjoy the wholesome goodness!
