Oil: As Needed
Sour Curd: 1/2 Measure
Water: 1 Measure
Veggies: Carrots, Coriander Leaves, Beetroot
Salt

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1 – Mix:
In a bowl, combine 1 measure of BOOM RAGI FLOUR MIX with ½ measure of sour curd, 1 measure of water, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Let it rest for 15–30 minutes.
Step 2 – Add Veggies (Optional):
Add grated carrots, chopped coriander, or any vegetables of your choice to the batter. Mix well.
Step 3 – Steam:
Pour the batter into greased idly moulds and steam in an idly cooker for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4 – Serve:
Serve hot with sambar or chutney. Enjoy the wholesome goodness!
Jowar Dosa Recipe
Use the same BOOM Ragi Flour Mix batter. Blend it in a mixer to get a smooth dosa batter. Add a little water as needed to adjust the consistency. Pour onto a hot pan and cook like a regular dosa. Serve hot with sambar or chutney.
