You Will Need:
Oil: As Needed
Sour Curd: 1/2 Measure
Water: 1 Measure
Veggies: Carrots, Coriander Leaves, Beetroot
Salt
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Mix
In a bowl, add 1 measure BOOM RAGI IDLY/DOSA FLOUR MIX. Add 1/2 measure sour Curd, 1 measure Water and Salt; Mix well until Batter is smooth and lump free. Set aside for 15-30 mins.
Step 2: Add
Add Veggies like grated Carrots and Coriander in the batter; Mix well. (Optional)
Step 3: Steam
Pour the Batter into greased Idli moulds and steam in an Idli cooker for 15-20 mins. Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney. Enjoy!
Ragi Dosa Recipe:
Take batter of Idli mix, Make Dosa batter grinding by mixer. Add little Water to get consistency. Make Dosa in a hot pan. Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney.
Chef’s Note:
- Add Salt as per your taste.
- Add Water as needed.
- Sprinkle BOOM DOSA PODI on Dosa and Roast till golden brown.
- You can add vegetables such as grated Onions, Carrot, Beetroot, chopped Coriander, etc.
