Cooking Instructions:
Step 1 – Add:
In a mixing bowl, add the Boom Flour Mix, keeping the oil and water aside for now.
Step 2 – Mix:
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the flour mix. Gradually add water, little by little, and knead into a slightly sticky dough.
Step 3 – Heat:
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium flame.
Step 4 – Fill:
Take your Idiyappam Press or Sev Maker, insert a fine mould, and fill it with the prepared dough.
Step 5 – Press:
Press directly into the hot oil to form fine ragi sticks. Fry until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
Step 6 – Sprinkle:
Sprinkle the fried ragi chips generously with Boom Magic Masala for that bold, flavorful finish.
Step 7 – Serve:
Toss gently to mix the masala evenly.
