You Will Need:
Oil: 4 – 5 tbsp
Cooked Rice: 2 cups
Tamarind: 8 tbsp
Jaggery/Sugar: 4-5 tbsp
Cashews, Groundnuts & Chana Dal : (Tempering)
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Soak tamarind in water. Once it softens, squeeze out the pulp and set it aside.2. Cook
Heat 4–5 tablespoons of oil in a kadai. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds, chana dal, and groundnuts. Sauté for 3–5 minutes.
Add the tamarind pulp, jaggery, salt, and turmeric. Cook until the mixture thickens slightly and oil begins to separate.
Now, add 1–2 tablespoons of Boom Pulihora Masala Powder and sauté for another 2 minutes.3. Mix
Add 2 cups of cooked rice to the mixture and mix thoroughly until well combined.4. Serve
