You Will Need:
Mustard Oil: 100ml
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Mutton: 1 kg
Lemon: 1
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Onions: 2-3 pc
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 10pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prep
Meat with Water, Salt, Vinegar and Turmeric; keep it for 5 mins.
Step 2. Pulp
Grind Onions in a blender and keep the pulp aside.
Step 3. Mix
Take a pot, Add Meat, Curd, Onion pulp, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli Paste, BOOM SECRET MASALA, Salt, Chilli, 1/2 Lemon, 2 tbsp Oil and Coriander leaves; mix well. Keep it aside for 1-2 hr.
Step 4: Finish
Preheat the grill pan. Apply little Oil/Ghee on a grill pan, place the Mutton pieces on pan and fry on low flame for 15-20 mins on both sides until crispy and well cooked. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
