You Will Need:
Mustard Oil: 100ml
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Mutton: 1 kg
Lemon: 1-2
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Onions: 2-3 pc
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 10pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Step 1: Wash the Meat
Clean the meat thoroughly using water, salt, vinegar, and turmeric. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then rinse.Step 2: Prepare Onion Pulp
Blend onions in a blender to make a smooth pulp. Set aside.Step 3: Marinate
In a large pot, add the meat, curd, onion pulp, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, BOOM Mutton Boti Garam Masala, salt, red chilli powder, juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of oil, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything well and let it marinate for 1–2 hours.Step 4: Grill the Meat
Preheat a grill pan. Lightly grease it with oil or ghee. Place the marinated mutton pieces on the pan and cook on low flame for 15–20 minutes on each side, until crispy and fully cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Step 5: Serve
Serve hot with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges.
