You Will Need:
Oil: As Needed
Butter: As Needed
Green Peas: 50g
Tomatos: 2
Onion: 2
Pepper: 2
Potatos: 4
Coriander Leaves: 1 bunch
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste: 1 tbsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Cumin: 1/2 tsp
Lemon: 1
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Boil and Mash
Boil onions, green peas, pepper, and tomatoes in water for about 10 minutes.
In a separate vessel, boil potatoes until well cooked.
Mash all the vegetables together into a thick, smooth paste.
Step 2: Cook the Bhaji
Heat oil and butter in a pan or tawa.
Add ½ teaspoon cumin seeds and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Add the mashed vegetable mixture, green chilli paste, Boom Pav Bhaji Magic Masala, ½ lemon juice, and a little water.
Mix well, mash further, and cook for 5 minutes.
Adjust salt and spice to taste. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Step 3: Serve
Serve hot with buttered pav and chopped onions.
Sprinkle with coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
