Cooking
Step 1: Boil the Vermicelli
Add 1 cup BOOM Millet Vermicelli to the boiling water and cook for 3–5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare Your Dish
For a Savoury Dish: Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, then sauté the chopped vegetables until soft. Add your favourite Spices and mix well.
OR
For a Sweet Dish: Heat milk or water, add jaggery or sugar to taste, then stir in the cooked vermicelli.
Step 3: Mix & Serve
Add the cooked vermicelli to the prepared savoury masala or sweet mixture. Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious & healthy BOOM Millet Vermicelli!
