Wok-style Fried Rice — every single time.
You Will Need:
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Cooked Rice 2 cups
- Veggies
- Cashews 1 tsp
- Mint Leaves 1/4 bunch
- Whole Spices – Cloves, Bay Leaf (if desired)
- Eggs (If Desired) 1-2
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Stir Fry
Heat oil in a preheated pan or wok. Add Whole Spices (if desired), Cashews, and Mint leaves; stir-fry for 1 min. Add Eggs and cook until fully done [optional].
Step 2: Add
Add Cooked Rice; stir fry 1 min.
Step 3: Mix
Sprinkle 1 full sachet of BOOM MINT FRIED RICE INSTANT SPICE MIX. Adjust Salt and spice to taste. Stir-fry for 3 minutes and serve hot with sliced Onions.
