Description
You Will Need:
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Cooked Rice 2 cups
- Veggies
- Cashews 1 tsp
- Salt & Chilli
- Mint Leaves 1/4 bunch
- Whole Spices – Cloves, Bay Leaf (if desired)
- Eggs (If Desired) 1-2
For delicious taste, cook according to recipe.
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
Heat oil in a preheated pan or wok and swirl to coat the surface.
Step 2:
Add whole spices (optional), cashews, and mint leaves. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Step 3:
Add eggs and stir-fry until fully cooked. (Optional)
Step 4:
Add cooked rice and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Step 5:
Sprinkle in one full sachet of BOOM Mint Fried Rice Instant Spice Mix. Adjust salt and spice to taste. Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 6:
Serve hot, garnished with sliced onions.
