You Will Need:
Oil: As Needed
Butter: 1 tbsp
Water: As Needed
Salt & Chilli: To Taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare Dough
Add raw peanuts into a mixing bowl.
Sprinkle BOOM FLOUR MIX, Salt and Chilli over them. Add little water and toss well to evenly coat the peanuts with a thick masala layer.
Step 2: Fry to Perfection
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Drop the coated peanuts into hot oil, separating them gently.
Fry on medium heat until golden, crisp, and crunchy. Drain excess oil.
Step 3: Season & Serve
Sprinkle BOOM SEASONING MIX, mix well — and enjoy!

Chef’s Note:
- Adjust Salt and Chilli as per your taste.
- You can even add some roasted Chana Dal for a nice crunch.
- Add 1 tbsp Hot Oil before mixing Flour with water.
- Do not add too much water — it should not become a smooth and sticky dough ball.
- When you press a handful, it should hold together lightly but separate easily.
- The coating must cling individually to each peanut.
- If too sticky, add a little rice flour.
- If too dry, sprinkle a few drops of water.
