You Will Need:
Oil: As Needed
Plain Sev
Fried/Roasted Peanuts
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves: 15
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Roast
Take a big bowl; heat oil, Roast/fry peanuts till golden brown. Strain and keep aside.
Step 2: Add
In the same bowl, add Red Chillis and Curry Leaves; stir fry for 1-2 min. Then add Turmeric powder and BOOM MURMURA (PUFFED RICE); Dry roast the Murmura in a for about 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp. Turn off the flame.
Step 3: Mix
Add Peanuts, Sev and BOOM SEASONING MASALA; Mix well. Transfer the BHEL in serving bowl. Garnish with Green Chutney or Sauce and Veggies; Mix well. Enjoy!
Chef’s Note:
- Adjust Salt and Chilli as per your taste.
- Adjust the dry Bhel chutney as per your personal preferences.
- You can even add some roasted Chana dal and fried Corn Flakes for a nice crunch.
- Make sure Sev and Papdi are fresh-tasting (and not stale).
- You can add vegetables such as grated Onions, Carrot, Beetroot, chopped Cucumber, etc.
