Description
You Will Need:
Oil: 150 ml
Ghee/Butter: 4-5 tbsp
Chicken: 1 kg
Water: 1 glass
Coriander: 1 cup
Mint: 1/2 cup
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Onions: 1-2
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 8-10 tbsp (100g)
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 12pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash & Prep
Wash the chicken thoroughly using water, 1 teaspoon salt, and juice of ½ lemon.
Pat dry and set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken
In a kadai (wok), add oil, chicken, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon crushed ginger & garlic, and 100 ml water.
Mix well and cook on medium flame for 25–30 minutes.
Add green chillies and 7 tablespoons of crushed ginger & garlic.
Continue cooking until the oil separates and the chicken turns golden brown.
Strain any excess oil.
3. Final Dum & Flavor
Sprinkle lemon juice and BOOM Kadai Chicken Tikka Garam Masala over the cooked chicken.
Sauté on low flame for 1 minute, then garnish with fresh coriander.
Cover and cook on low heat for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
4. Serve
Serve hot with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges.
