You Will Need:

Oil: As Needed
Sour Curd: 1/2 Measure
Water: 1 Measure
Veggies: Carrots, Coriander Leaves, Beetroot
Salt

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Mix

In a bowl, add 1 measure BOOM JOWAR IDLY/DOSA INSTANT FLOUR MIX. Add 1/2 measure sour Curd, 1 measure Water and Salt; Mix well until batter is smooth and lump free. Set aside for 15-30 mins.

Step 2: Add

Add Veggies like grated Carrots and Coriander in the batter; Mix well. (Optional)

Step 3: Steam

Pour the Batter into greased Idli moulds and steam in an Idli cooker for 15-20 mins. Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney. Enjoy!

Jowar Dosa Recipe

Use the same BOOM JOWAR IDLY/DOSA INSTANT FLOUR MIX batter. Blend it in a mixer to get a smooth Dosa batter. Add a little Water as needed to adjust the consistency. Pour onto a hot pan and cook like a regular Dosa. Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney.

Chef’s Note:

• Add Salt as per your taste.
• Add Water as needed.
• Sprinkle BOOM DOSA PODI on Dosa and Roast till golden brown.
• You can add vegetables such as grated Onions, Carrot, Beetroot, chopped Coriander, etc.
