You Will Need:
Oil
Instant Mix: 1 Measure or 250g Mix
Sour Curd: 1 – 2 tbsp
Water: 1 ½ Measure or 375 ml
Veggies: Carrots, Coriander Leaves, Beetroot
Salt
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Mix
In a bowl, add 1 measure of BOOM RICE IDLY INSTANT MIX to 1½ measure of water and 1-2 tbsp of sour curd (dahi); mix well to form a smooth, lump-free batter. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and lump-free, then set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Add
Add Veggies like grated Carrots and Coriander in the batter; Mix well. (Optional)
Step 3: Steam
Pour the Batter into greased Idli moulds and steam in an idli cooker for 15-20 mins. Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney. Enjoy!

Chef’s Note:
- Salt is already added in the mix. Adjust Salt if only required.
- Adjust water slightly if needed to get thick, pourable batter.
