You Will Need:
Oil: 200 ml
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Fish: 1kg
Curd: 200ml (whisked)
Coriander: 1 bunch
Mint: 1/2 bunch & Tamarind: 20g
Onions: 4-5
Lemon: 1
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2-3 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 7-9 pc
Cashews, Almonds, Melon Seeds & Desiccated Coconut: 1 tbsp each
Salt & Chilli: To taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate
Fish with Salt, Turmeric, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1/2 Lemon and 1 tbsp Oil for 3o mins.
Step 2: Fry
Take a pot, Heat Oil & Ghee, fry sliced Onions till golden brown.
Step 3: White Paste
Grind Almonds, Cashews, Desiccated Coconut and Melon Seeds; to fine paste.
Step 4: Cook
Add Whole Spices, Ginger & Garlic paste and Green Chilli Paste; saute for 2 mins.
Add Tomatoes (puree), Tamarind Paste, Salt, Chilli and Turmeric; saute until Oil separates. Add whisked Curd, WHITE PASTE, BOOM SECRET MASALA and 100 ml Water; mix well; cook until Oil separates. Add Lemon and Fish; cook on low flame for 5-7 mins. Adjust Salt and Chilli. Garnish with fresh Coriander and Mint leaves.
