You Will Need:
Oil: 50 ml
Fish: 1 kg
Lemon: 1
Tamarind Paste: 40g
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Maida/Besan/Corn Flour: 3 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2-3 tbsp
Salt & Chilli: To taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prep
Wash Fish with Vinegar or 1/2 Lemon and Salt in Water. Soak Tamarind in little Water for 30mins and make it paste.
Step 2. Marinate
Take a pot, Mix Ginger-Garlic paste, Tamarind Paste, Lemon, BOOM FISH FRY SECRET MASALA (70%), Salt and Chilli to form paste. Apply this paste to fish on both sides. Keep it aside for min 3-5 hr.
Step 3. Coat
Mix Besan, BOOM FISH FRY SECRET MASALA (30%) and little Water; make thick paste. Adjust Salt and Chilli as per your taste. Apply Masala paste on both sides. Keep it aside for 30 mins.
Step 4: Fry
In a pan, Heat Oil, deep fry coated Fish for 7-10 mins on low flame on both sides each.

Chef’s Note:
- Wash Fish with Salt, Turmeric and Vinegar/Lemon.
- Add Salt and Chilli as per your taste.
