You Will Need:
Oil: 50 ml
Fish: 1 kg
Lemon: 1-2
Tamarind Paste: 40g
Coriander:
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Maida/Besan/Corn Flour: 40g
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 7pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Wash the Fish
Clean the fish thoroughly using water mixed with either vinegar or half a lemon and a little salt. Rinse well.
Step 2: Soak Tamarind
Soak tamarind in a small amount of water for 30 minutes. Once soft, mash and strain to make a thick paste.
Step 3: Marinate the Fish
In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, tamarind paste, lemon juice, 70% of the BOOM Fish Fry Garam Masala, salt, and red chilli powder to form a thick marinade. Apply this paste evenly on both sides of the fish. Let it marinate for at least 3–5 hours for best flavor.
Step 4: Coat with Masala Paste
Prepare a thick coating paste by mixing besan (gram flour), the remaining 30% of the BOOM Fish Fry Garam Masala, and a little water. Adjust salt and chilli to taste. Apply this coating on both sides of the marinated fish and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Fry the Fish
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Gently place the coated fish pieces in the hot oil and fry on low flame for 7–10 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
