You Will Need:
Oil: 200 ml
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Eggs: 10
Curd: 50ml
Coriander: 1.5 bunch
Mint: 1/2 bunch & Spinach: 1/2 bunch
Onions: 4-5
Lemon: 1
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2-3 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 12-14 pc
Cashews & Almonds 7 each
Salt & Chilli: To taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Boil & Fry
Take a Pan, Heat 3 tbsp Oil, fry boiled Eggs until the light golden brown. Strain and keep aside.
Step 2: Green Paste
Grind Coriander, Mint & Spinach leaves, Green Chillis, Almonds, Cashews and 50ml water; to fine paste.
Step 3: Fry
Take a pot, Heat Oil & Ghee, fry sliced Onions till golden brown.
Step 4: Cook
Add Whole Spice, ginger & garlic paste, GREEN PASTE, Chilli and Salt; Saute for 20-25 mins until Oil separates. Add whisked Curd, BOOM SECRET MASALA and 100 ml Water; mix well; cook until Oil separates. Add Lemon and fried Eggs; cook on low flame for 5-7 mins. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
