You Will Need:
Oil: 150 ml
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Meat: 1kg
Curd: 350ml (whisked)
Coriander: 1/2 bunch
Mint: 1/2 bunch
Onions: 4-5
Lemon: 1
Green Chillis: 5pc
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2-3 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 10 pc
Cashews, Almonds & Desiccated Coconut
Salt & Chilli: To taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Fry
Take a pot, Heat Oil & Ghee, fry sliced Onions till golden brown. Strain half Onions & keep aside.
Step 2: White Paste
Grind half fried Onions, Almonds, Coconut and Cashews to fine paste.
Step 3: Cook
Add Mutton, Whole Spice, Ginger & Garlic paste, Green Chilli Paste, Salt and Chilli; Saute for 20-25 mins. Add whisked Curd and 500 ml water (Add more water if needed); mix well and cook for 35-40 mins. Add BOOM MUTTON KORMA SECRET MASALA, WHITE PASTE and 100 ml Water; cook on medium flame until Meat is tender and Oil separates.
Step 4: Dum
Add Green Chillis, 50 ml Water and Lemon; mix well; cook for 10-15 mins until Oil separates. Adjust Salt and Chilli. Garnish with Coriander & Mint leaves.

Chef’s Note:
- Add Salt & Red Chilli as per your taste.
- To quick-cook Mutton, use a pressure cooker with Water, Salt, and Turmeric.
