Description
You Will Need:
Oil: 50 ml
Ghee/Butter: 4-5 tbsp
Chicken: 1 kg
Meat Fat: 50g
Lemon: 1-2
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Onion Paste: 3pc
Bread Slices: 2 pc
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2-3 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 7pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Cooking Instructions:
1. Onion Pulp
Grind onions in a blender, then squeeze the juice out using a muslin cloth. Keep the onion pulp aside for later use.
2. Grind
In a blender, grind the following ingredients into a smooth mixture:

Half a lemon (juice)

Fresh coriander leaves
Mix everything thoroughly and let it sit for 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
3. Grill
Shape the marinated mixture into meat patties. Preheat your grill pan and lightly grease it with oil or ghee. Place the patties on the pan and cook on low flame for 15–20 minutes on both sides until they are crispy and cooked through.
4. Serve
Serve hot with fresh mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges.
