Description
You Will Need:
Oil: 100ml
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Chicken: 1 kg
Lemon: 1-2
Hung Curd: 3 tbsp
Coriander:
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Onions: 2-3 pc
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 10pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Cooking Instructions:

Wash: Make deep cuts on the chicken pieces. Wash them with water, salt, vinegar, and turmeric, and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Fry: Heat oil in a pot. Add curry leaves and sliced onions, frying until they turn light golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste, and sauté for 2 minutes.

Cook: Add turmeric, salt, and chicken, sautéing for 25 minutes. Pour in 50ml water, add curd, and BOOM CHICKEN PEPPER FRY GARAM MASALA. Sauté until the oil separates and the chicken becomes tender. Adjust salt and spice to taste. Garnish with lemon and fresh coriander leaves.

Serve: Serve hot with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon slices.
