Description
You Will Need:
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Cooked Rice 2 cups
- Onion 1
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Capsicum 1-2
- Carrot 1
- Salt & Chilli
- Paneer/Egg 1-2 (If desired)

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
Heat oil in a preheated pan or wok and swirl to coat the surface. Add vegetables like garlic, sliced onion, carrot, and capsicum. Stir-fry lightly until they are tender yet still crisp.
Step 2:
Add cooked rice and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Step 3:
Sprinkle one full sachet of BOOM Tomato Fried Rice Instant Spice Mix over the rice. Adjust salt and spice to taste, then stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 4:
Serve hot, garnished with sliced onions.
