You Will Need:
Cooking Oil as Needed
Cornflakes
Sev
Red chillis: 2
Curry Leaves: 15
Turmeric
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Add
Take a big bowl; heat oil, add Red Chillis and Curry Leaves; stir fry for 1-2 min. Then add Turmeric powder and Boom BHELicious JOWAR BHEL KIT; Dry roast the Murmura (Puffed Rice) for about 3-4 minutes or until crisp. Turn off the flame.
Step 2: Mix
Add Sev and Boom BHELicious SEASONING MASALA; Mix well. Transfer the BHEL in serving bowl. Garnish with Green Chutney or Sauce and Veggies; Mix well. Enjoy!
Chef’s Note:
- Adjust Salt and Chilli as per your taste.
- Adjust the dry Bhel chutney as per your personal preferences.
- You can even add some roasted Chana dal and fried Corn Flakes for a nice crunch.
- Make sure Sev and Papdi are fresh-tasting (and not stale).
- You can add vegetables such as grated Onions, carrot, beetroot, chopped cucumber, etc.
