Description
You Will Need:
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Cooked Rice 2 cups
- Veggies
- Potatos 2-3
- Green Peas – 1-2 tsp
- Salt & Chilli
- Whole Spices – Cloves, Bay Leaf (if desired)
- Eggs (If Desired) 1-2
For delicious taste, cook according to recipe.
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
Heat oil in a preheated pan or wok and swirl to coat the surface. Add chopped potatoes and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, until they turn golden brown. Then, add green peas and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
Step 2:
Add cooked rice and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Step 3:
Sprinkle one full sachet of BOOM Aloo Fried Rice Instant Spice Mix over the rice. Adjust salt and spice to taste, then stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 4:
Serve hot, garnished with sliced onions.
