You Will Need:
Oil: As Needed
Butter: 1 tbsp
Water: As Needed
Sev Maker
Salt & Chilli: To Taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare Dough
Add BOOM FLOUR MIX, Salt and Red Chilli (except oil & water) into a bowl.
Mix in 1 tbsp oil and slowly add water to form a slightly sticky dough.
Step 2: Press & Fry
Heat oil in a pan. Fill the dough into an Idiyappam Press/Sev Maker with a fine mould and press directly into hot oil.
Fry until golden and crisp. Drain.
Step 3: Season & Serve
Sprinkle BOOM SEASONING MIX, crush lightly, mix well — and enjoy!

Chef’s Note:
- Adjust Salt and Chilli as per your taste.
- Gradually add water little by little and knead into a smooth, soft and non-sticky dough.
- Do not make it tight, let it be soft so that it is easy to squeeze.
- It should be firm but pliable enough to roll thin.
- You can even add some roasted Chana Dal and Roasted Peanuts for a nice crunch.
- Add 1 tbsp Hot Oil before mixing Flour with water.
