You Will Need:
Oil: 150 ml
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Chicken/Meat: 1kg
Curd: 300ml (whisked)
Coriander: 1/2 bunch
Mint: 1/2 bunch
Onions: 4-5
Lemon: 1
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2-3 tbsp
Green Chillis: 6 pc
Salt 2–2½ tsp | Chilli 1–1½ tsp
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Fry
Take a pot, Heat Oil & Ghee, fry sliced Onions till golden brown. Strain half Onions and keep aside.
Step 2: White Paste
Grind half fried Onions and BOOM WHITE MIX to fine paste.
Step 3: Cook
Add Chicken, BOOM GRAVY WHOLE SPICE, Ginger & Garlic Paste, Green Chillis, Curd, Salt, Chilli and 100 ml Water; mix well and cook for 35-40 mins. Add BOOM CHICKEN KORMA SECRET MASALA and WHITE PASTE; cook on medium flame until Chicken is tender and Oil separates.
Step 4: Dum
Add Green Chillis, 50 ml Water and Lemon; mix well; cook for 10-15 mins until Oil separates. Adjust Salt and Chilli. Garnish with Coriander & Mint leaves.
