Butter: 1 tbsp
Water: As Needed

Salt & Chilli: To Taste

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1 – Add:
In a mixing bowl, add the BOOM Flour Mix, keeping the oil and water aside for now.
Step 2 – Mix:
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the flour mix. Gradually pour in water and knead into a slightly sticky dough.
Step 3 – Heat:
Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
Step 4 – Fill:
Take your Idiyappam Press or Sev Maker and insert a fine mould. Fill it with the prepared dough.
Step 5 – Press:
Press the dough directly into the hot oil to form thin, crispy threads. Fry until golden and crisp. Drain and set aside.
Step 6 – Sprinkle:
Sprinkle generously with BOOM Magic Masala and lightly crush the fried sev.
Step 7 – Serve:
Mix well and serve fresh. Enjoy the crunch!
