You Will Need:
Oil: As Needed
Murmura: 150g
Plain Sev: 60g
Fried/Roasted Peanuts: 40g
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Red Chillis: 2
Curry Leaves: 15
Lemon: 1
Onion: 1
Salt & Chilli: To taste

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1 – Roast:
In a large bowl, heat some oil and roast the peanuts until they turn golden brown. Strain and set them aside.
Step 2 – Fry:
Using the same bowl, add dried red chillies and curry leaves. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, puffed rice (murmura), and salt. Dry roast everything for 5–6 minutes, or until the puffed rice is crisp.
Step 3 – Mix:
Add the roasted peanuts, sev, and Boom Magic Masala. Mix everything well to coat evenly.
Step 4 – Serve:
Transfer the BHEL mixture to a serving bowl. Garnish with green chutney, your favorite sauce, and chopped veggies. Give it a good mix and enjoy!
