You Will Need:
Mustard Oil: 50 ml
Ghee/Butter: 4-5 tbsp
Chicken: 1 kg
Hung Curd: 4-5 tbso
Lemon: 1
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2-3 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 7pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prep
Insert Deep cuts on the Chicken pieces and Wash with Salt and Turmeric.
Step 2. Marinate
Take a pot, Add Mustard Oil and Chilli Powder, mix well. Add Curd, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli Paste, Onion Paste, BOOM TANDOORI CHICKEN SECRET MASALA, Salt, Ghee and Lemon; mix well. Adjust Salt and Chilli. Apply this mixture all over the Chicken. Marinate it for min 2-3 hrs.
Step 3. Roast
Marinated Chicken by applying melted Ghee/Butter in a microwave @ 375 F for 45 mins or in a Tandoor or Saute in Pan on stove till Chicken is tender and well roasted.
Step 4: Smoke
Keep Tandoori Chicken pieces in a pot. keep a piece of foil in the center of the pot. Now, heat Charcoal and pour little oil over the coal and cover the lid for 10mins.
