You Will Need:
Oil 150 ml
Ghee 4-5 tbsp
Paneer 500g – 750g
Curd/Yogurt 150 ml
Coriander 1/4 bunch
Onions 4-5
Lemon 1/2
Tomatoes 3-4
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Salt 2–2½ tsp | Chilli ½-1 tsp
Cashews & Almonds 7
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Fry
Take a pot, Heat Oil, fry Paneer until light golden brown. Strain and keep aside. Add sliced Onions and fry until golden brown. Strain and keep aside.
Step 2: White Paste
Grind half fried Onions, 4 tbsp Curd, Almonds, Cashews; to fine paste.
Step 3: Red Paste
Boil Tomatoes, peel the skin and grind to paste.
Step 4: Cook
Add ghee & Whole Spices; saute for 1 min. Add Ginger Garlic paste; saute 2 mins. Add Turmeric and Chilli powder; saute for 1 min. Add RED PASTE; saute for 5-7 mins. Add WHITE PASTE; saute for 2 mins. Add BOOM PANEER KORMA SECRET MASALA, whisked Curd and 100ml Water; cook until Oil separates. Add fried Paneer and Lemon; cook for 5 mins. Garnish with Coriander Leaves. Adjust Salt and Chilli.
