You Will Need:
Oil: 150 ml
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Meat: 1kg
Curd: 350ml (whisked)
Coriander: 1/2 bunch
Mint: 1/2 bunch
Onions: 4-5
Lemon: 1
Green Chillis: 5pc
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2-3 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 10 pc
Salt 2–2½ tsp | Chilli 1–1½ tsp
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Fry
Take a pot, Heat Oil & Ghee, fry sliced Onions till golden brown. Strain half Onions & keep aside.
Step 2: White Paste
Grind half fried Onions, 4 tbsp Curd and BOOM WHITE MIX to fine paste.
Step 3: Cook
Add Mutton, BOOM GRAVY WHOLE SPICE, Ginger & Garlic paste, Green Chillis, Curd, Salt, Red Chilli and 100 ml water; mix well and cook for 20-25 mins. Add whisked Curd and 500 ml Water (Add more water if needed); mix well and cook for 35-40 mins. Add BOOM MUTTON KORMA SECRET MASALA, WHITE PASTE and 100 ml Water; cook on medium flame until Meat is tender and Oil separates.
Step 4: Dum
Add Green Chillis and Lemon; mix well; cook for 5 mins. Adjust Salt and Chilli. Garnish with Coriander.
