You Will Need:
Oil: 100ml
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Chicken: 1 kg
Lemon: 1-2
Hung Curd: 3 tbsp
Coriander
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Onions: 2-3 pc
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 10pc
Salt & Chilli: To taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prep
Insert Deep cuts on the Chicken pieces and Wash with Water, Salt, Vinegar and Turmeric; keep it for 15 mins.
Step 2. Saute
Heat oil in a pot. Add curry leaves and sliced onions; cook until light golden. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste; sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3. Cook
Add turmeric, salt, and chicken. Sauté for 20–25 minutes. Add 50 ml water and curd; mix well.
Step 4: Finish
Add BOOM CHICKEN PEPPER FRY SECRET MASALA and cook until oil separates and chicken turns tender. Adjust salt and spice. Garnish with lemon and coriander leaves.

- Wash Chicken with Salt, Turmeric and Vinegar/Lemon.
- Add Salt and Chilli as per your taste.
