You Will Need:
Oil: to fry
Ghee: 4-5 tbsp
Chicken: 1 kg
Lemon: 1-2
Hung Curd: 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Onions: 1-2pc
Besan/Gram Flour
Sesame Seeds: 1-2 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste/Crushed: 7pc
Salt 2–2½ tsp | Chilli 1–1½ tsp
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Soak
Insert deep cuts to Chicken. Soak and Wash chicken in 1 ltr water with 1 tbsp Salt and 1 Lemon for 30 mins; and pat dry Chicken.
Step 2: Marinate
Add Chicken, Curd, BOOM CHICKEN PAKORA SECRET MASALA, Salt, Chilli, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli paste, 2 Tbsp Oil and 1 Lemon; Mix well. Adjust Salt and Chilli. keep it aside for 2-3 hrs. Add Gram Flour and Sesame; mix well.
Step 3. Deep Fry
In a pan, heat Oil and Ghee, deep fry coated Chicken on low flame until cooked and crispy (for 8-10 mins). Serve Hot with Mint Chutney and sliced Onions and Lemon Slices.

- Wash Chicken with Salt, Turmeric and Vinegar/Lemon.
