Indemnity

You agree to assist and cooperate with us in the event that we assume exclusive defense and control of any matter that is not otherwise subject to your indemnification.
Governing Law
The laws of India will be used to interpret and apply these Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide you with Services. The exclusive place of jurisdiction will be Hyderabad, Telengana, India.
Sale in India Only
The content on boomspices.com is presented solely for sale in India, unless otherwise stated. The materials on boomspices.com are not guaranteed to be suitable for use in countries other than India or to be readily available there. Boomspices.com is not responsible for the supply of goods or the refund for the goods ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, or for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Termination
This User Agreement remains in effect until either you or the Company terminate it. Provided that you cease all further use of the Website, you have the right to terminate this User Agreement at any time. Delivery and Shipping
We will make every effort to deliver your order to your door within three to five business days of the dispatch date. We cannot, however, guarantee delivery on a particular day or accept liability for any delay in delivery within this timeframe.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery as our packages are sent via India Post or any other delivery service.
For India delivery, Standard Delivery will charge you ₹50.
FREE DELIVERY on orders over ₹600 for delivery to India.
Cancel, Returns and Refunds
CANCEL
1. Any orders placed for products with incorrect pricing, incorrect information, or typographical errors are subject to rejection or cancellation by boomspices. Even if the order has been confirmed, the company has the right to reject or cancel any such orders. The following scenarios may also result in the cancellation of orders by the company:
a) If a customer is suspected of engaging in a fraudulent transaction; or (b) in the event that it is suspected that a customer has engaged in a transaction that is in violation of these Terms of Use/User Agreement; or (c) in the event that a product is unavailable; or (d) for any reason beyond the company’s control, including delivery-related logistical issues.
2. We keep track of all erroneous transactions and non-compliant users, and we reserve the right to refuse access to them at any time or to cancel any future orders they place.
3. A user may only cancel an order they’ve placed if it has not been processed by us. We will start a refund to your original mode of payment right away for any authorized cancellations.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
 At Boomspices, your satisfaction is important to us. Please be aware that goods once purchased will not be returned or exchanged.
