You Will Need:
Cooking Oil
Water as needed (approximately 250 ml)
Butter: 2-3 tbsp (Optional)
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp

Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare Dough
Add BOOM FLOUR MIX and Turmeric Powder to a bowl. Pour in 2–3 tbsp hot oil or melted butter and mix well. Gradually add water while mixing until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
Step 2: Press & Fry
Heat oil in a pan. Fill the dough into an Sev Maker fitted with a fine mould and press directly into the hot oil.
Alternatively, roll the dough into a thin chapati, cut it into thin strips, and carefully add them to the hot oil.
Fry until golden and crispy, then drain excess oil.
Step 3: Season & Serve
Sprinkle BOOM SEASONING MIX, crush lightly, mix well — and enjoy!
Chef’s Note:
- Adjust Salt as per your taste.
- Add 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds and ½ Ajwain to Flour Mix.
- Gradually add water little by little and knead into a smooth, soft and non-sticky dough.
- Do not make it tight, let it be soft so that it is easy to squeeze.
It should be firm but pliable enough to roll thin. - You can even add some roasted Chana Dal and Roasted Peanuts for a nice crunch.
