Indemnity
In the event of a claim based on a breach of any warranty, representation, or undertaking in this User Agreement or a violation of any applicable law (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claims of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers, and infringement of intellectual property or other rights), you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company as well as its employees, directors, officers This clause will remain in effect until the User Agreement is terminated or expires.
You agree to assist and cooperate with us in the event that we assume exclusive defense and control of any matter that is not otherwise subject to your indemnification.
Governing Law
The laws of India will be used to interpret and apply these Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide you with Services. The exclusive place of jurisdiction will be Hyderabad, Telengana, India.
Sale in India Only
The content on boomspices.com is presented solely for sale in India, unless otherwise stated. The materials on boomspices.com are not guaranteed to be suitable for use in countries other than India or to be readily available there. Boomspices.com is not responsible for the supply of goods or the refund for the goods ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, or for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Those who choose to access this site from locations or countries other than India do so on their own initiative.
Termination
This User Agreement remains in effect until either you or the Company terminate it. Provided that you cease all further use of the Website, you have the right to terminate this User Agreement at any time. This User Agreement may be ended at any time by the company, and you will not be able to access the website as a result.
Any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement prior to the date of termination is unaffected by any such termination.
In the event that:
a. You violate any terms and conditions captured under any clause of this “ToS,” the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and the Services without notice and to use any other legal remedy.

Delivery and Shipping
We will make every effort to deliver your order to your door within three to five business days of the dispatch date. We cannot, however, guarantee delivery on a particular day or accept liability for any delay in delivery within this timeframe.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery as our packages are sent via India Post or any other delivery service.
For India delivery, Standard Delivery will charge you ₹50.
FREE DELIVERY on orders over ₹600 for delivery to India.
Cancel, Returns and Refunds
CANCEL
1. Any orders placed for products with incorrect pricing, incorrect information, or typographical errors are subject to rejection or cancellation by boomspices. Even if the order has been confirmed, the company has the right to reject or cancel any such orders. The following scenarios may also result in the cancellation of orders by the company:
a) If a customer is suspected of engaging in a fraudulent transaction; or (b) in the event that it is suspected that a customer has engaged in a transaction that is in violation of these Terms of Use/User Agreement; or (c) in the event that a product is unavailable; or (d) for any reason beyond the company’s control, including delivery-related logistical issues.
2. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we suspect that a customer is engaging in fraudulent activity or that their transaction violates the website’s terms and conditions.
3. We keep track of all erroneous transactions and non-compliant users, and we reserve the right to refuse access to them at any time or to cancel any future orders they place.
4. A user may only cancel an order they’ve placed if it has not been processed by us. We will start a refund to your original mode of payment right away for any authorized cancellations.
RETURN
1. The following conditions must be met for customers to return any product:
a. In the event of packaging damage; or b. If you receive an expired product or products; or c. If the wrong product or products arrive.
2. The Customer may request a return of the Product at any time after it has been delivered, but no later than 48 hours after the date the Product was delivered, if the Product meets any of the aforementioned conditions. When choosing to return the item, the customer must follow the following steps:
(a) They must notify hello@boomspices.com or call +91 7396789218 of their decision to return the product in accordance with the preceding conditions.
(b) The company must verify each and every return approval. The return will be decided entirely at the company’s discretion.
(c) Following the company’s approval of the return, the customer will receive a new product. If the aforementioned product is no longer available, the company will issue a refund to the customer using the same method of payment that they used to place their order.
(d) If the customer decides to return the product due to packaging damage or an incorrect shipment, they are responsible for returning it in the same condition as they received it. Once opened, packages cannot be returned or exchanged. If any freebies were received with the original product, they must be returned with the product.
(e) The customer is responsible for all return costs. The customer’s payment for the executive will be refunded by the business in the event that the customer’s claim is valid.
3. We are afraid that we will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, nor will we be able to reimburse you for the cost of the initial delivery, unless of course we agree that you received defective or damaged goods (send us a picture first if they appear to be damaged or defective). REFUND
If an order is returned or cancelled for any of the reasons outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, the company will issue a refund to the customer using the same method of payment as when the order was placed. The user should get the credit within a month, depending on the policies of your card issuer.
